Assured Services founder and President James W. "Jim: Quintal has over thirty (30) years of Construction and Construction Management experience and a Business Administration education. Mr. Quintal has served with many of the areas premier contractors and Government Contractors in an upper management capacity including: Hoy Construction, CBC Inc., Snap Contracting, Image Contracting, Viteri Construction Management, TMS Envirocon, Robra Construction and Contracting Solutions.

In addition, Mr. Quintal has served in the capacity of Business Consultant and exclusive Teamed Partner to many Government Contractors since 2003 and continues to provide these services on a regular basis.
